Requirements
Lansweeper as a source type in Asset Management Import is available for TOPdesk SaaS and for on-premise customers with the virtual appliance version 2026 release 1 and up.
Simply navigate to
Settings > Import Settings > Asset Management Imports > Imports on your TOPdesk environment and create a new import. You can then choose
Lansweeper as your source type. Please visit
