ZenGRC Integration

ZenGRC for Lansweeper enables organizations to bridge the gap between IT asset management and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes. By connecting your Lansweeper account to ZenGRC, you can automatically import your discovered IT assets as Systems of Record, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring your compliance programs are built on accurate, current asset information.

The integration uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and allows you to filter which assets to import by type (e.g., workstations, servers, alarm systems) and state (e.g., active, inactive). You can map over 20 Lansweeper asset attributes—including hardware details, operating system information, network data, and patch status—to ZenGRC fields. Assets are automatically updated on subsequent fetches, maintaining a 1:1 relationship between Lansweeper and ZenGRC records. Each imported asset includes a reference URL linking directly back to the asset in Lansweeper, enabling quick access for verification or updates.
