GTM plan for Lansweeper: 1) Directly promote to existing potential and famous 500+ customers in various verticals by the vertical sales team and IT presales. 2) Proceed the on-shelved SAM product for Lansweeper ar Carriers (B2B or Corporate BU), then drive together with their nationwide sales team to promote Lansweeper to their end users in various verticals. Remark: at the present, Thailand’s mobile carriers: corporate sales team would take care of not only SIM+mobile handset but also fixed line (lead line) and Internet, VAS (Value Added Solution), Cloud storage/service and others.
