- Scheduled Data Sync: An automated job pulls data from Lansweeper (typically from the
/assets,/software, and/usersendpoints) on a configurable interval, often hourly or daily. - Custom Field Mapping: Asset Panda maps incoming data into its workspace-specific field structures. Devices are matched by serial number or hostname, and key fields like assigned user, OS, and network details are automatically updated without manual entry.
- Lifecycle Handling: If Lansweeper flags an asset as “Decommissioned” or it hasn’t checked in beyond a certain threshold, Asset Panda can auto-archive or flag the record to ensure reporting stays clean.
