What the Redjack Acquisition Means for Our Partners

Redjack is now part of Lansweeper. Read the full press release

  • Will there be any changes to pricing, contracts, or my current agreement?

In the short term, there are no changes to your existing Lansweeper contract or pricing. Redjack’s sensor-based discovery will surface additional assets that may fall outside your currently licensed IP ranges or subdomains. These additional assets will be available to all customers and billed at the standard per-asset rate above your licensed threshold.

Application dependency mapping and other advanced capabilities will be delivered as part of our product roadmap. We are currently finalizing the pricing and packaging, and these capabilities may be introduced as add-ons available at an additional cost. Full details will be shared once commercialization is complete.

You’ll continue to receive the same experience you rely on today, with the option to unlock deeper visibility as your needs evolve.

If you want to explore how these new capabilities could support your needs, you have two options: reach out to your account manager directly or submit your request through our contact form. We can walk you through what’s available today and what’s coming next.

  • Will Redjack’s offerings be made available to partners?

Yes. And we’re excited to bring you into the conversation early.

Redjack’s passive network discovery and application dependency mapping capabilities are available today for interested customers, including those supported by our partner ecosystem.

The goal is to have these innovations become a core part of the Lansweeper platform, unlocking new ways for you to expand your value and differentiate your offerings. We will be building dedicated enablement resources to support our partners, and we’d love to hear from and get your input.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to explore how we can grow this opportunity together. We’re already engaging with customers so can also let us know if you have a customer that is interested by filling out this form.

  • Are there any planned changes to the Lansweeper Partner Program as a result of this acquisition?

Not at this time. All existing partner tiers, benefits, and program structures will remain in place. As we integrate Redjack’s capabilities, we’ll evaluate new opportunities to expand enablement, training, and co-selling support to ensure partners can capitalize on the enhanced value proposition. Any updates will be communicated in advance and with full transparency.

  • Will this acquisition expand our addressable market or create new revenue opportunities?

Yes. The acquisition of Redjack’s technology opens many new doors to bring our even better visibility and value to potential customers, allowing you to:

    • Offer deeper discovery for unmanaged, transient, or “invisible” assets.
    • Support new use cases like application dependency mapping and risk-based prioritization.
    • Target adjacent buyers in security, risk, and cloud operations.

These enhancements will strengthen your competitive positioning, create upsell potential within existing accounts, and unlock new conversations in larger or more complex environments.

  • Will there be partner-specific briefings, FAQs, or marketing resources available?

Yes. We’re preparing a range of enablement resources, including:

    • Partner-focused webinars and briefings.
    • Sales enablement content and talk tracks.
    • Updated messaging guides.
    • Co-branded marketing assets.

You’ll be notified as these materials become available through the Partner Portal and your Lansweeper partner contact. In the meantime, please reach out to your partner manager with any questions or feedback directly.
