What the Redjack Acquisition Means for Our Customers

Redjack is now part of Lansweeper. Read the full press release

  • What does the Redjack acquisition mean for me as a Lansweeper customer?

There are no immediate changes to your current Lansweeper experience. Redjack brings passive network discovery and automated application dependency mapping (ADM) to Lansweeper, enabling deeper, broader visibility across your environment. These capabilities will become available to all customers over time.

    You will be able to:

    • Detect unmanaged, transient, and shadow IT assets that traditional scans miss
    • Understand how assets work together to support critical business applications
    • Classify asset roles automatically and continuously update your CMDB with richer context
    • Identify the blast radius of potential outages and pinpoint high-impact dependencies
    • Feed enriched asset and dependency data into your risk, compliance, and Zero Trust frameworks

If you’re interested in exploring how these capabilities can enhance your asset intelligence, we’re ready to partner closely with you to unlock Redjack’s visibility and application dependency mapping (ADM) benefits early, while full integration with Lansweeper continues. You can contact your Lansweeper account manager or fill out this form to start the conversation.

  • Will there be any changes to pricing, contracts, or my current agreement?

In the short term, there are no changes to your existing Lansweeper contract or pricing. Redjack’s sensor-based discovery will surface additional assets that may fall outside your currently licensed IP ranges or subdomains. These additional assets will be available to all customers and billed at the standard per-asset rate above your licensed threshold.

Application dependency mapping and other advanced capabilities will be delivered as part of our product roadmap. We are currently finalizing the pricing and packaging, and these capabilities may be introduced as add-ons available at an additional cost. Full details will be shared once commercialization is complete.

You’ll continue to receive the same experience you rely on today, with the option to unlock deeper visibility as your needs evolve.

If you want to explore how these new capabilities could support your needs, you have two options: reach out to your account manager directly or submit your request through our contact form. We can walk you through what’s available today and what’s coming next.

  • Will Redjack’s product or technology be integrated into Lansweeper’s platform?

Yes. Redjack’s unique passive discovery and application dependency mapping will be natively integrated into the Lansweeper platform in planned phases throughout 2025 and 2026. This will unlock even deeper visibility across your technology estate and further support critical business functions like:

    • Discovery of any IP-connected asset, including transient, rogue, IoT, and OT devices, on-prem, hybrid, or in the cloud.
    • Application and business function dependency mapping through passive traffic analysis and automated correlations across Lansweeper datapoints.
    • Network topology insight and troubleshooting support, using traffic, protocol, and connection metrics

Our goal is seamless integration that enhances Lansweeper’s core capabilities.

We’re ready to partner closely with interested customers to unlock the benefits of Redjack’s powerful visibility and application dependency mapping (ADM) capabilities early, as we continue progressing toward full integration with Lansweeper. Visibility features will be made available to all customers over time, while ADM and other advanced capabilities are being evaluated as future add-ons that may be available at an additional cost.

Reach out to your account manager to start the conversation or fill in the contact form. We’ll walk you through what’s possible today and how you can be among the first to benefit from this exciting next step in Technology Asset Intelligence.

  • Will there be any disruption to my service during the transition?

No. There will be no disruption to your existing Lansweeper service. All Redjack integration work will happen behind the scenes, with new capabilities introduced in phases throughout 2025 and 2026. You will continue to receive the same high-quality experience you rely on today.

  • Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns about this acquisition?

If you’re interested in Redjack capabilities or have questions or feedback, you have two options: contact your Lansweeper account manager directly or simply fill out this form to let us know. We’re already working with customers that have expressed interest and would be happy to connect with you as well.
