Mozilla’s new version for Firefox and Firefox ESR has been released with additional functionality and security releases. In Firefox 89 they have added multiple new features, including a simplified browser chrome and toolbar, new streamlined menus, updated prompts for things like camera or microphone access, improved tab design, and more.
In addition to the new fixes, also come security fixes. For Firefox 89, 9 vulnerabilities have been fixed, including two that are rated as having a high impact. Looking at Firefox ESR 78.11, there have been two security fixes with one of them being of high impact.
