Find Outdated Edge Installations
On the 21st of July, Microsoft released Edge 115 for Windows, Linux, and Mac. In this release, Microsoft once again added additional features and updated a number of policies. The new features include:
- Microsoft Edge management service. Microsoft Edge management service adds an area in the Microsoft 365 admin center where admins can manage the Microsoft Edge browser. It allows you to configure all Microsoft Edge browser policies for your organization in a configuration profile and set up the browser to use these settings. The Edge 115 release also includes the latest security updates of the Chromium project. There are also 3 Microsoft Edge-specific updates in response to CVE-2023-38187, CVE-2023-38173, and CVE-2023-35392.
