The company was founded in 1981 by brothers, Zohar and Yehuda Zisapel as a spin-off from Bynet and is a part of the RAD Group of companies. Currently headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, the company produces vCPE toolbox, Ethernet access routers, multiservice switches and routers, plugware, broadband wireless, management systems, and others.
