It would be nice to have a schedule for emailed reports for the last day of every month built in, so when I want to run a report for the last day of the month I can instead of using the last 30 days in a report or the first day of the month.
We are wanting for normal users to be able to change the priority of existing tickets. I know when the ticket is first created they can change it from the website, but not after it’s created. It would be better if we could do this based on the ticket...
