ticket not generate in lansweeper until I restart lansweeper server service - ticket not generate in lansweeper until I restart lansweeper server service

Anyone see this issue before? When the user open a ticket it stayed on email inbox but not going through lansweeper unless I restart the Lansweeper Server service from the server. Please help!!!
