How can I fix my system to enable CC in tickets?Mail is setup correct and it works for incoming mails and outgoing. But If I add user in CC, nothing happend.Is there any solution for this, or what I have to do?thx
I need some report where i can see user ticket statistic. They are sending tickets only over email on help desk, so i need only report by users and numers of tickets.

I would like to activate them, but they don't work. CC is in ticket, emails are working, but user still dont get cc email. Is there any special settings for that?
