Any updates on this request? It's been over 4 years since it was first suggested.Even a simple toggle to include all the custom fields from a ticket in the first note would be better than nothing at all.

This would be terrific. The last logged-on user is many times the owner or primary user of an asset, and it would be great if there were a little button that allowed you to quickly set last user as "owner of" or "user of" the asset.
