Ticket visibility for non-agents - Our COO wants to be able to see all help desk tickets

Can we give access to all help desk tickets without making the user an Agent?

Hello,

I am just starting with LANsweeper and would like to know this as well. I have a few people that I would like to give visibility to all tickets to but they are not agents, they are department managers.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
