Hi,

is it possible to scan IP range (we have multiple vlans) for computers, or each computer have to be put manually in configuration?

Since we have more than 1500 clients this would be very nice option.

When you telnet you should see a black dos screen with a blinking cursor

Firewall is disabled.
Telnet doesn't report anything, even if connection refused or not...

to check if it's a firewall problem try manually connecting (telnet) to the lansweeper server port 9524

I have strange problem, I can not scan any domain controller.
LSclient.exe also fails connecting from them....

All other Win2k3 servers are scanned without problems....

Active scanning scans the domaincontrollers for new found computers every 15 minutes.
Each computer is only scanned once every 8 hours (at maximum)
Then the normal waittimes are applied.

Also, if I put Active scanning to whole domain, but also put enable OU filtering (for example 2 OUs), it will scan only this 2 OUs or it will scan whole domain?

It will scan only the 2 ou's. (note that active scanning is only for premium users)

I know, we have trial key, we are in process of buying licence.

And is there an option to change how often Active scanning is performing scans?

ok. So I can forget about inactive computer accounts in AD.
Is there a time frame when Active scanning occurs and can scan time (or schedule) be changed?
