Find the Number of Tickets Handled by Your Helpdesk Agents
Report on the number of tickets that were handled by an agent per month and type. Manage agents in your helpdesk and get an overview of the number of tickets they are handling per month divided by type. These metrics can be useful for performance reviews of agents, or simply to keep an eye how many tickets every agent is handling.
