Regardless of your license type, everyone can update to the latest Lansweeper version.
Whether you'll have access to the new features does depend on your license type.

All new features are enabled in all asset-limited licensing plans: Lansweeper Standard, Professional and Ultimate. All classic licenses (Premium, Consultant, Support Company, Enterprise, Corporate, Technician) will not be able to make use of these new features.

If you currently own a classic license and are interested in trying out the new features, please contact sales@lansweeper.com. Our team will be happy to help you out.

You can request a quote for the Standard and Professional license by clicking the “Add To Cart” button. On the next page, you’ll have the option to request an official price quote.

For the Ultimate license, you can request a price quote through this form.

When installing Lansweeper for the first time, a full 20-day trial key is included if you provide us with your business email address. If you would like to extend the trial period, please contact our customer service team via sales@lansweeper.com. They’ll be happy to assist.

You can purchase a license using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Wire transfer, Check/Money order and various other payment methods.

14 days prior to your license’s expiration date, the billing contact will receive an automated email with renewal instructions. At that time you can choose to renew or cancel your license. If you renew your subscription you will receive a new license key which you can apply to your Lansweeper installation.

Updates are installed over your existing installation and leave your existing data and settings intact.
