Resetting or changing your Cloud account password

If you ever need to change or reset your Cloud account password, this article explains how. Using a strong, unique Cloud password is recommended for security reasons. Note that you can further elevate the security of your account through the use of SSO (single sign-on) and/or MFA (multi-factor authentication).

Resetting if you forgot your Cloud password

If you forgot the password of your Cloud account, you can easily reset it through the Cloud login page. Browse to the login page and click the Forgot password? link below the input boxes. You will be asked to submit the email address of your Cloud account. Make sure to submit your email address correctly and in full, after which you can hit Submit

An email is now sent to your email address, with a link to change your password. Click the link in the email and submit your new, preferred password twice. Make sure your password meets the Cloud password requirements. After submission, you can log into Cloud with your email address and new password.

Check your spam folder if you're unable to find the email sent to your Cloud account email address.

Changing your password when logged in

If you didn't forget the password of your Cloud account, but simply want to change it, you can also do this while logged into Cloud. Browse to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen. It's the menu behind your profile image. Select the Account settings sub-menu within. In this sub-menu, you can click the Change password button.

This triggers an email to be sent to your Cloud account email address, with a link to change your password. Click the link in the email and submit your new, preferred password twice. Make sure your password meets the Cloud password requirements. After submission, you are taken back to the Cloud login page and you can log back in with your new password.

Check your spam folder if you're unable to find the email sent to your Cloud account email address.

Cloud password requirements

Your Cloud account password must meet all of the below requirements. If one of these requirements isn't met, you won't be able to submit or use the password.

  • Be at least 10 characters long.
  • Contain at least one upper case character.
  • Contain at least one lower case character.
  • Contain at least one number.
