Lansweeper scans Microsoft Office and many other license keys from your client machines' registries, as explained in this knowledge base article. It is known that, for Microsoft Office 2013 and more recent versions of Microsoft Office, some (but not all) keys are not stored in the registry. This makes these keys impossible to scan.
If you are running the latest Lansweeper release, have recently and successfully rescanned your client machines and are still unable to locate your Microsoft Office keys in the Software\License Keys tab of your computers' Lansweeper webpages, then the specified keys are not stored in the registry and are impossible to detect. As a test, you can perform a search for registry values called DigitalProductID or ProductKeys in the registry keys below, on one or more problem client machines. If no such values exist, the Office keys are not stored in the registry.
