Helpdesk Report for Tickets out of Business Hours

We would like to be able to have a report show any tickets they were created outside of our predefined Business hours.Business Hours Are:M-F 08:00 to 17:30Sat Not a WorkdaySun Not a WorkdayThanks for any assistance.
