For ticket types (departments), you can already assign a default agent... it would be nice if you could also assign a default secondary (cc) agent to any tickets created.... can we get that added as a feature??

Would like the ability to code my own custom addon modules for the website.... perhaps a directory I can drop my html/php/asp scripts in and then be able to use on the website... something similar to the way WordPress or whmcs does it with addon modu...
Need to be working down that 'wish list' to justify prices increases. the newest features are not that appealing, especially when the new price is figured into the equation. WE NEED MORE FEATURES ADDED - editing email templates, not just the content....

Where can I edit the template files? What is all on the company wish lists that development is constantly pushed back and slow? What is currently the priority for the development team? How many developers are on staff?
