I have made a report to show the agents in the helpdesk and their open tickets. My boss wants to be able to see the notes added (preferably just the initial note from submission of the ticket) but it appears that the html or css is not being pulled f...
So I went on a week vacation with everything working perfectly. I came back and now, as you can see, the System keeps posting onto new tickets. It happens with nearly every ticket, but not with every ticket.Any idea why? We are running at version 606...
