Knowledge base translation - Knowledge base items not translated are not visable

Hi,

When a user has a different language from the default one and they open a knowledge base item that is not translates in there language then it wont display anything instead of displaying the default language.

So Default language is English and user language is Dutch
When they open the document it shows the dutch version which it not translated and the item stays empty.
they can open it by switching to English but i want this to happen automatically.
