Creating a new Ticket with Action and having autocompleted new fields.

Greetings,

I am trying to create a create new ticket action which will redirect to the new ticket webpage but will autocomplete the customfields of the ticket the same way it autocompletes the user the ticket is made for.

I have custom fields for location due the unique structure of my company.

I know where to create a custom action for a user.

Example is.

https://lansweeper:82/helpdesk/NewTicket.aspx?tid=-5&uid=1111 where uid is basically the user id.
like the uid=1111 or username={username} but for custom fields.
