I made a Powershell script that can be launched from Lansweeper with the installer here that will update a Windows 10 (tested) or Windows Server (tested on 2016) machine remotely. It utilizes PSWindowsUpdate in Powershell (more details here: http://woshub.com/pswindowsupdate-module/) to pull updates from Microsoft. I find it useful for servers, as we have automatic updates turned off for them in our environment. You may need to run it once manually from the computer in Powershell as admin (eg. from Remote Desktop or physically at the server). After that though, it should work from Lansweeper. I can't guarantee it will work for you, but this should get you started in the right direction if you're looking to do this sort of thing.
