Hi,

when an update is made in a ticket, the user and the agent receive an email with the content,

we would like to customize this just to say, an update occur, please log to your helpdesk to read it. or something similar.

is there a place we could edit this template to fit our need since we don't want user to reply to the email.

You can create your own templates under Configuration-->E-Mail Settings-->Outgoing E-Mail Templates.
