Sending LSAgent results to a US based cloud service outside of our control is going to be a tough sell with our data protection people, particularly as the details https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/lsagent/ aren't clear on how the encryption is applied and who can read it while it's sat on the server.

Can we have the option to create our own Cloud Relay destinations in one of our own Azure subscriptions?

Failing that, a clear data protection policy that's suitable for a legal rather than a technical audience and a choice of which Azure region the Lansweeper controlled Relay is hosted in would still be a big improvement.

I would agree with this also. It seems Lansweeper added extra work on their systsems. Let us run the code on our servers in our DMZ to relay our data back to our Lansweeper. Add my vote for a user installed relay.

I second this. It would be great to be able to host your own Cloud Relay service and/or to specify the Azure region.
