I have several reports that are scheduled to email, some once a week, some once a month, if I manually run the process in the configuration screen with run now, they work fine and I get the email, but they never seem to run on schedule, am I missing some kind of service set up?

If I remember correctly, there is a small bug with the scheduling which causes some first of.. schedules to not work.

You should be able to fix it by doing the following:

  • Navigate to Deployment\Schedule Deployments
  • Edit the Schedules
  • Deselect the first day and select it again and click on Ok.
These steps should ensure that the schedule works again by saving its configuration again.

looks like the interval is invalid or not there so yeah with no interval the schedule is … could the interval be the issue or is that only when repeating every x hours.
