hi , i m receiving tickets through a specific email address but i want different teams to answer clients from a different address

i tried to change the outgoing server only but that did not work " login failure " and also affected the incoming and agents stopped receiving tickets

is there any way where i can use different outgoing email address than the incoming ?

also i tried the email test tool and shows that both emails succeeds the process
