No report editor option

I used to be able to edit reports in Lansweeper however, when I open a report i do not see any links to edit them. I also do not know how to access the report builder if I wanted to create my own custom report. Please help

That's correct, Windows groups currently overrule individual user roles. My apologies for not mentioning this in my initial post.

Thanks. I checked that and it was indicating my user had the permissions, however, i realize now that windows group permissions overides any user specific assigned roles. Once I added my user to the correct Windows group where edit reports permissions was allowed I could edit

You will have to make sure that the role assigned to your account has the needed permissions to Edit Reports. More information on restricting access to the Lansweeper web console can be found in this knowledge base article.
