Standard report Display: Screensaver without password, remembers like an elephant - reports

The standard report: Display: Screensaver without password

Found a screensaver file (mind you, just a file). That file has long since been removed, but the report never updates and always shows the same old violation from a long time ago (a month or so).

How do we clear this?
