Engaged Sweeper
I cannot figure out why some of our assets are not being scanned. They have been initially scanned before. Here is the lsagentlog.txt :

Jordan,

I don't know if your problem is the same as ours, but when I contacted support they stated that there has been "a large increase in the volume of assets passing through the LsAgent relay, which has led to some intermittent connection issues."

Support also provided the following information.

The Lansweeper service will connect to the relay in the following intervals:

  • Every 5 minutes to synchronize configuration (asset groups, schedules, etc.)
  • Every 60 minutes to retrieve scanned assets. All assets that are awaiting retrieval on the relay are picked up during each interval.
These connections have a timeout of 5 minutes.

I use the following report to show when my assets were last scanned using LsAgent.

Select Top 1000000 tblAssets.AssetID,
tblAssets.AssetName,
