Engaged Sweeper
Hi,
I am implementing a Knowledge to our end users and I would like to have them access it from outside network without VPN.
For ex. A user is working from home and his computer went down or lost VPN connection. He has home computer or using his mobile device can access to our Knowledge. also I am implementing a Help-desk ticketing system using LS so for same reason I like in the future that the user be able to access LS and submit a ticket without VPN or using his mobile browser.

on other topic, Is there any mobile app for LS coming soon?

I hope I made it clear. and thank you for all your time and suggestions and ideas in advance.

All depends on your companies network and configurations.

Do you have a cloud solution like Azure, or a colo or some sort of DMZ to host lansweeper on?

You would need to get a public url that port forwards to the actual lansweeper webserver.

There are many ways to skin this cat, just need to figure out which works best for you or create it.
