Is there anyway to hide the empty command prompt box that comes up when running a script as currently logged in user?

Not really as it needs to run in the user profile, same issue occurs if using PSEXEC.

Would be nice if they could set the size of the window beforehand and even display a message etc. We get a few calls from concerned staff, so if its a as user deployment we now display a message beforehand.

As with the message command, you can pipe in a text file to display a better formated message.
