Good day!

Yesterday I emailed Lansweeper with an issue, but I never received a ticket saying a case was opened. Anyone else having this issue?

Not sure why you didn't get the confirmation email. But I checked and it seems that there is no issue with mailing back and forth since you got our reply and we got yours
