We are migrating from our old parent company's domain to a new one we have setup. The migrated users are seen by Lansweeper but their emails are the same in both domains so it won't let me reuse the email address for the helpdesk user. I can go in and manually remove the email from the "old domain" user and then add it to the new domain user. I can't remember if I needed to transfer the tickets, notes, etc before or after this but I can do that as well. However this is a manual process. I would hope we can do this in bulk on the SQL server? Has anyone done this?
