Engaged Sweeper
When I run some reports, such as the latest version of FireFox, it reports some PCs having out of date versions of Firefox. For instance, when I run the custom report Firefox Firefox 68 Security Update Audit, https://www.lansweeper.com/forum/yaf_postst17650_Firefox-68-Security-Update.aspx#post59180, it shows PC16 as having Mozilla Firefox 67.0 (x64 en-US), when in reality it has Mozilla Firefox 68.0.1 (x64 en-US) installed.

It shows the same erroneous result on several of the PCs, and I have seen this behavior with other reports, including some of the built-in reports.

Anyone experiencing the same issues?
Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?
Has anyone actually fixed this?

I'd like to get to the bottom of this since it affects several other reports and dozens of PCs on each report.

Thanks in advance for helping out with this.

Did you check the last time that the data was scanned?

You can control what data is rescanned how often: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/managing-how-often-specific-data-is-scanned/

Also, you can see in the scan time tab of an asset when a specific item was last scanned.
