I can't seem to get automatic Ticket dispatching to work. At the moment, the only Filter i defined is that Mails coming from our Domain to the inbox of the Helpdesk get automatically dispatched to the Team.

Mails in itself are working, if users generate a new Ticket on the Homepage, they get a mail. If i change the Ticket, they also get mails and direct messages are also working.

The only difference is, that the Helpdesk mail adress is an internal one, meaning with our full domain, which is different to our regular mail domain. The filter/automatic dispatching does filter to our mail domain.

Full Domain is xxx.gen.de
Mail Domain is xxx.de
