I have some Raspberry Pis running the Ubuntu Mate for Pi and the models aren't being detected by the scan. Other single board computers running Debian aren't displaying the model either.

The models can be found at command line at
cat /proc/device-tree/model

Serial is also blank, and in the same command location too.

Is there a way to get them automatically detected?

I have seen a Raspberry Pi scanned before, so it should be possible. Have you made sure that SSH is installed and enabled as mentioned here: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/linux-and-unix-scanning-requirements/

Are they currently not being detected at all or just as a different asset type?

Thank you Esben.

Yes, using SSHCertificate

They appear to be mostly detected. Disk partitions, network info, software is populated. Monitors aren't automatically detected (not sure if that is available for non-Windows). Nothing is under Config -> Hardware, although dmidecode is installed too.
