Morning,

My business has recently moved over to Lenovo devices and we are now finding that no purchase or warranty information is being displayed in the asset overview.

Is this an issue you are aware of? I assume it's to do with the lookup performed?? Is there a fix available or in the pipeline?

As far as we're aware there is currently no issue with Lenovo warranty scanning in Lansweeper version 6.0.0.65. Make sure your Lansweeper installation is up to date as we do need to make adjustments to the warranty scanning code quite frequently as manufacturers make changes to their website or API.
