SPiDCOM Technologies was a privately held French company that specialized in the semiconductor industry, designing, developing, and manufacturing home networking technologies and other solutions. The company was founded in 2002 by Radomir Jovanovic as a subsidiary of another group. While the company was acquired in 2011 by the Taiwanese semiconductor company, MStar Semiconductor, Inc., its previous headquarters were located in Paris France.

While SPiDCOM was still in business, it was known for its fables semiconductors, system-on-a-chip integrated circuits, and Linux-based firmware. The applications of their products included internet access or broadband, energy conservation, and audio and video home networking.
