RLE was founded in a garage in La Mirada, California to manufacture robust solutions for environmental monitoring in 1984. It was named after the two founding families and was formerly known as Raymond and Lae Engineering. Since then it has relocated to Colorado and produces a wide range of sensors and monitoring products.
