Iiyama

A part of the Mouse Computer Corporation, Iiyama Corporation is a Japanese computer electronics and hardware manufacturer that was founded in 1972 as Iiyama Electric Corporation by Kazuro Katsuyama. The founder, a bank employee began the company’s operations by producing television boards and substrates for Mitsubishi. But in 1976, the company broadened its horizons and began producing black and white TV, followed by monitors in 1981.

Currently headquartered in the Nagano Prefecture in Tokyo, designs and manufactures a wide range of monitors including liquid crystal display (LCD) and liquid LED display panels. These products are distributed around the world through their regional offices located in the US, Germany, France, UK, and other countries.
