A part of the Mouse Computer Corporation, Iiyama Corporation is an electronics and computer hardware manufacturer based in Chuo-Kuo, Tokyo, Japan. The company is named after the city of Iiyama in the Nagano Prefecture in Japan and was founded in the city in 1972 by a bank employer named Kazuri Katsuyama.
Iiyama began their operations by manufacturing television boards and substrates for Mitsubishi. Since then, the company has developed into designing, manufacturing, and selling liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors and LED display panels. Currently, the company has offices in several locations around the world and distributes their products to consumers worldwide.
