Lansweeper will use a variety of protocols to retrieve as much information as possible from IP cameras. Lansweeper will try to fetch information from protocols such as SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS and FTP. The information retrieved will vary based on which information your IP camera provides Lansweeper via the scanned protocols. Scanned scanner data can include, but is not limited to:

• DNS Name
• Manufacturer
• Model
• Location
• Description
• Uptime
