Can't fix RPC unavailable or Access denied problems?
Try scanning your computers with LSPush!

The computer can be found in the web interface but the color is red.

Go into the web interface and go to the computer details.

The error page should look like this:

The computer cannot be found in the web interface, not even in red color.
Check to see if active scanning is enabled and if your domain dns name and netbios name are entered correctly.
Check the errorlog.txt file in the service folder for any errors related to dns resolution.
