Configuring Chrome to allow custom actions.
First download the plugin from this location
nplansweepershellexec.dll should be placed in your Chrome Plugins folder.
If the folder "Plugins" does not exist, you have to create it manually.
Windows Vista of later
Path : %localappdata%\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins
Windows XP
Path : %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application data\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins
Afterwards restart Chrome if it was running.
You can use the about:plugins link to check if the plugin is loaded:
