My team is having issues when adding public notes to the helpdesk ticket. They are not sending a reply back to the user. We have checked the mail server settings and all seems in order. Are we missing something?
Based on the current KB and videos, is there a workflow of topics that can give my team the best training of using the Helpdesk feature?
