I am looking for a way to populate the Description field in Lansweeper with the Description field for computers in active directory. I was hoping that it could be part of the scanning process so i would not have to change it in both places.
We want to create a nested ticket for each of our departments so we can have a different default agent for each department. It would be very nice to create it once and then make a copy and just change the name and default agent. is this possible?
