Anyone know of a summary report that would give me the agents name, number of open and closed tickets in the current month?
I would love to be able to schedule a reoccurring task.
Helpdesk: Count of tickets closed per year and month(28)can an agent ID be added to this report?
anyone know if it is possible to rearrange the columns in helpdesk?
is it possible to create a future dated ticket?
